This is how trackle works

trackle, temperature sensor, measures core body temperature while you sleep. The sensor, which is about the size of a tampon, is inserted vaginally at bedtime. "There" measures your core body temperature at regular intervals and saves it, without establishing any kind of radio connection.

It works that easy

If you have removed the sensor in the morning and you have placed it in its box, it connects to the trackle system through your mobile and transmits the stored data via Bluetooth. The data is sent to the server, which evaluates your data and sends it back to your smartphone. Along with the details of your cervical mucus, you can use your trackle app for evaluation of your cycle.

You can start measuring right after your period. Especially in the beginning, it is important to use the sensor every night, if possible, to collect a large amount of meaningful data. During your menstruation it is not necessary to use trackle, it is best to start measuring when your bleeding has stopped.

What does the night measurement bring?

This is the big difference with the selective measurement in the morning with a normal thermometer: it does not matter when you sleep, if you work shifts, have small children, or have been to a party for a long time: as long as you sleep 4 hours, trackle record your temperature reliably.

You no longer have to measure at the same time every day, and the value is not so easily "skewed" by your living conditions. That makes you make a definite decision for a natural family planning easier.

How do you evaluate trackle?

The trackle monitor works on the basis of the rules of the symptothermal method and thus evaluate your cycle.

The symptothermal method combines observation of core body temperature and moco cervical.

trackle calculate your ovulation once your core body temperature has risen and your cervical mucus assessment is complete.

trackle recognizes your ovulation and tells you if you are currently fertile (green) or infertile (white).

  • Identify fertile days quickly

The trackle app shows you if you are currently fertile or not.

On the home screen of the trackle app you can see the fertility status of the current day, the ovulation forecast and the next period.

The red colored area is the time of your period. The green period shows the fertile days. And what is in gray shows you the infertile time.

At the beginning of the cycle, it is the forecasts that you see; with the progress cycle "adjusts" daily.

  • Track and understand your cycle

It's your turn on the calendar: In addition to the automatically transmitted temperature values, enter your other cycle observations here: cervical mucus, menstrual bleeding and anything else you find remarkable for your own body record.

In retrospect, you will surely notice very different connections: Do you always have ovulation-related headaches? Bad mood for premenstrual syndrome? Hair looks great, is that during the first half of the cycle?

    Who tracks, understands!

  • Being able to decide for yourself

We believe: you have the right to understand what is happening in your body and when. Proven calculation methods, valid data collection, proven safety: these are the ingredients from which trackle mix in your base for decision making. And then what do you do with it? Decide for yourself!

  • core body temperature

The core body temperature rises about 0.2°C as soon as your ovulation has taken place. trackle recognizes that the increase has occurred if it has measured an elevated core body temperature for at least three consecutive days.

Tip: Start measuring every night immediately after your period and continue until you've been able to determine when you're ovulating.

  • Moco cervical

The moco cervical it changes during the cycle: the closer to ovulation, the more flexible and transparent it becomes. Shortly before ovulation, cervical mucus reaches its best quality, the cervical mucus peak. When you ovulate, your cervical mucus becomes thick and clumpy again. For the evaluation, trackle needs your peak cervical mucus and then poor-quality cervical mucus for three days.

Tip: Check your cervical mucus every day. At night, it delivers the highest quality cervical mucus to the app.

  • four weeks before you sensor reaches the end of its useful life, it appears on the trackle app, on the yellow tab, an orange battery icon. Next to it is the minimum remaining life of your sensor. There you will also find an individualized code with which you can place a new order.

  • Seven days before the end of your life trackle is reached, you will see a red battery symbol in the app. You will be shown a date when your sensor expires. There you will also find an individual code that you can use to reorder.

  • If a gray battery appears in the orange tab of your trackle app, it means that the battery life is your sensor is over. You will also find information about the date on which the monitor's term of operation expired. There is also an individual code for you, which you can use to order a new monitor.
