Use it to track yours Basal value can determine, you should trackle Sensor wear for at least 4 hours while you sleep.

You can remove the sensor in between when you need to go to the bathroom or have sex. trackle can simply exclude these small measurement pauses from the calculation.

If you still have data from your last menstrual period at hand, you can add it to the app before your first measurement. On the corresponding day you simply enter your bleeding strength.

The same applies to data about yours Zervixschleim.

As soon as you enter something, the first trackle cycle begins. And as soon as one cycle is completed, you will receive your forecasts.

How do you remove the trackle? - Tips and Tricks

Remove it in the morning after getting up SensorIt may take some practice, but it gets easier with time. As you can see in the photo, in a position that is comfortable for you, insert two fingers – preferably thumb and forefinger – into the vagina and grasp the sensor at the bottom of its bridge.

Then just pull out!

What do you do if you can't get the trackle out?

First of all: don't panic!

The sensor cannot be lost and you can definitely get it out.

One trick is to push it forward so you can grab it better. This is very easy to do by exerting a little pressure with the pelvic floor - similar to having a bowel movement.

Another trick is to push a little while in the squat position and then grab it. You can also let gravity work for you and move around a bit.

Sometimes it helps if you just try it a little later.

What you should definitely know: It is absolutely not bad for your health if the sensor stays in for longer than a day. Nothing can happen or break anything.

When does trackle evaluate: Explanation of forecasts and evaluation

trackle scores according to the rules of symptothermal method the end.

trackle uses your entries to check every day Zervixschleim and your basal body temperature, where you are in your cycle right now and whether your ovulation has already taken place or not.

In order to evaluate your cycle, trackle needs your entries for Zervixschleim, your menstrual inputs and your basal body temperature.

Your ovulation has taken place when your body has reached the high temperature and when your cervical mucus has changed from the very best quality to the worse quality. here you can read the exact rules again.

  • This is what your first cycle looks like before the evaluation

In the first cycle knows you trackle not at all and therefore shows you “Today is a fertile day”.

Every day, trackle checks your entries for cervical mucus and your basal body temperature to find out if you have ovulated yet.

For evaluating your cycle trackle therefore requires your entries for cervical mucus, your menstrual entries and your basal temperature.

  • This is what your cycles look like after trackle has detected ovulation

Once track your high temperature and your cervical mucus peak evaluated, you get yours ovulation displayed. The days marked in green around your ovulation show when you were actually fertile. The yellow color marks the day of ovulation.

trackle shows you from your 2nd cycle also a cycle forecast in the calendar view. Here trackle shows you when your ovulation will probably take place in the next few cycles. The better trackle knows you, the more accurate the cycle forecasts are.

  • This is what the cycle forecasts look like

In the days between menstruation and before you ovulate, the app will display the message “Today is a fertile day” in the first few cycles that the sensor measures. The reason for this is that the time of ovulation can shift in each cycle - depending on the external circumstances (stress, travel, illness, ...).

However, the cycle forecasts can help you to recognize when the next ovulation is likely to occur. They adapt completely to you and become more and more precise the longer You use trackle.

  • The fertile window: When exactly am I fertile?

The egg cell can only be fertilized a maximum of 12 to 24 hours after ovulation.

But the body has really thought of something ingenious to extend this period. the Zervixschleim changes its consistency around ovulation due to the hormone estrogen: it becomes stretchy and increasingly resembles the appearance of egg white.

This protein-like cervical mucus changes the pH of the vagina and allows sperm to survive in the female body for up to 5 days.

You are actually fertile only in your fertile time window, i.e. 4 days before ovulation, the day of ovulation itself and the 2 days after.

  • When does trackle show you the fertile time window?

The forecasts of trackle show you when your ovulation is likely to take place in the next cycle. After ovulation has taken place, trackle can confirm exactly when your fertile window was.

The more cycles you measure with trackle, the more accurate the forecasts for your ovulation and thus for your fertile window will be.
