What personal data is collected?

Personal data is data with which you can identify yourself (e.g. e-mail address, name, IP address, etc.).

If you install and use this app, the following personal data will be collected:

Email address

The recording takes place for the following purpose:

The e-mail address is anonymized ("SHA512") and stored in the backend as a unique identifier for the connection to the app. The plain text version of the e-mail address is only stored on the mobile device and is never transmitted. The collection of personal data by this app only occurs if we are legally entitled to do so or if you have expressly consented to the respective data collection.

Data collection when using the app Personal data can be collected when using the app in the following ways in particular:

(1) You enter the data yourself (e.g. user name and e-mail address).

(2) Your data is automatically collected by our systems or our service providers (e.g. analysis data).

© Copyright eRecht24. All rights reserved.

Data that you enter yourself

If you create a profile in our app, the information stored in the profile will be saved in the app itself (e-mail address, see above). The temperature or other health information displayed in the app is not stored in the app but is forwarded to our backend where no connection to a personal date is possible. We will not share this information without your consent.

Analyse-Tools

When you access our app, your usage behavior is evaluated by the analysis tools that we use in the event of a software error. We use the Sentry (https://sentry.io/) service for crash reporting. Sentry does not store any personal information and stores all data in encrypted form. More information can be found here: https://sentry.io/security/. When you first install and start up the app, you will be asked for your consent to use it. You can of course revoke this consent at any time (please contact info@trackle.de).

We also use Microsoft's Codepush app to ensure the correct functioning of your app in the event of updates. Codepush is subject to Microsoft's privacy policy, for more information see: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/trustcenter/privacy/where-your-data-is-located

Codepush does not store any personal data, not even an IP address.

Access rights of the app

Using the Trackle app does not require access to e.g. contacts, photos, videos, camera, microphone, etc. For information: The Android operating system needs permission to access location data in order to establish Bluetooth connections. This is why it is asked for when installing the app. This data is not read out, used or stored by trackle GmbH.

encryption

This app uses various cryptographic methods for security and to protect the transmission of sensitive content, such as temperature data. The connection between the sensor and the app is protected by the Bluetooth LE protocol. The HTTP connection between the app and the backend is encrypted using the TLS method (TLS 1.2). In addition, the integrity of the transmitted data is protected by an asymmetric encryption process (public private key process: ECC). Digital signatures prevent the data you transmit from being changed unnoticed (content, sequence, completeness). If you have further questions about the security measures, you can contact info@trackle.de at any time.

Information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time. You can contact us at any time at info@trackle if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

Please note that you have a right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority in the event of data protection violations. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is usually the data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. A list of the data protection officers and their contact details can be found under the following link: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html

Conflicting Promotional Emails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of the app expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, such as spam e-mails.
