Use of Trackle Data

With the voluntary consent to the use of your data, you allow trackle GmbH to use your data generated after consent in a pseudonymised form for scientific purposes and for the further development of trackle and the Symptothermal method.

Non-consent has no effect on the functioning of trackle. This voluntary consent to the use of data does not affect the evaluation of your data for the purpose of determining your cycle, as described in the Terms and Conditions.

What do we use your data for?

With the voluntary consent to the use of your data, you allow trackle GmbH to use your data pseudonymised for the following purposes:

Carrying out scientific studies to validate the properties of Trackle, to research and develop methods of natural family planning, to better understand the cycle process and the effects of living conditions and diseases. In order to be able to carry out such studies, it may be necessary to pass on pseudonymised data to scientific partners. We ensure that no conclusions can be drawn about individuals.

Further development and review of the trackle evaluation: We evaluate datasets to ensure that trackle is working properly and to understand what can be improved. For this purpose we also use pseudonymised data and cannot draw any conclusions about individuals.

What data do we use for the assessment?

We use the temperature data measured by the Trackle sensor. We also use data that has arisen in connection with your use of trackle: user input on bleeding, cervical mucus, disorders, etc. We expressly exclude the use of data entered in the notes field. All data is used pseudonymised.

Only data collected after consent was given will be used. This data is collected and stored by us exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes. The data can only be viewed and processed by authorized persons from trackle GmbH or scientific partners.

We expressly exclude the transfer of data to commercially oriented third parties, to platforms, for use for marketing purposes, to create profiles or for other purposes.

What rights do you have in relation to your data?

You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent via the data usage profile information on the red tab in the Trackle app. You can also send an informal email to info@trackle.de. A revocation has no influence on previous data processing operations.
