Use of trackle data

By voluntarily consenting to the use of your data, you authorize trackle GmbH to use your data generated after your consent in pseudonymised form for scientific purposes and for the further development of trackle and the symptothermic method.

The lack of permission does not affect the functioning of trackle. This voluntary consent to the use of data does not affect the evaluation of your data for the purpose of determining your cycle, as described in the Terms and Conditions.

What do we use your data for?

By voluntarily consenting to the use of your data, you consent to trackle GmbH using your data pseudonymously for the following purposes:

Conduct scientific studies to validate Trackle's characteristics, explore and further develop methods of natural family planning, gain a better understanding of the menstrual cycle and the impact of living conditions and disease. To carry out such studies, it may be necessary to share pseudonymised data with scientific partners. We make sure that no conclusions can be drawn about people.

Trackle review further development and review: We review datasets to make sure Trackle is working properly and to understand what could be improved. We also use pseudonymised data for this purpose and cannot draw any conclusions about individual persons.

What data do we use for the evaluation?

We use temperature data measured by the Trackle sensor. We also use data generated in connection with your use of trackle: User input about bleeding, cervical mucus, disorders, etc. We expressly exclude the use of data entered in the notes field. All data is used pseudonymously.

Only data collected after consent will be used. This data is collected and stored by us exclusively for the above purposes. The data can only be viewed and processed by authorized persons of trackle GmbH or scientific partners.

The transfer of data to commercially oriented third parties, to platforms, for use for marketing purposes, for profiling or for other purposes is expressly excluded.

What rights do you have with regard to your data?

You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request that this data be corrected, blocked or deleted.
