  • What do the symbols on the cycle curve mean?

  • The red dot in parentheses indicates that there has been an error entered in the trackle app for that value. This value is not included in the calculations.

  • A dashed line, also known as a guide line, is used to give you a better overview. The 6 values before the first higher measurement are taken into account. The auxiliary line is the highest temperature of these 6 values. The third higher measurement (marked with a triangle, see below) must be 0.2 ° C above the extension line.

  • In the symptothermic method, the triangles are the first 3 (or 4) higher readings compared to the previous 6 readings. The three triangles are introduced immediately after determining the high temperature. The third "triangle" must be 0.2 ° C above the extension line (see above).

  • There are markings (H, 1, 2, 3) above some data on cervical mucus. It describes the evaluation of the cervical mucus. After determining the peak of cervical mucus, the corresponding days are marked with letters (H, 1, 2, 3).
