Use of Trackle data

By voluntarily consenting to the use of your data, you allow trackle GmbH to use your data generated after consent in a pseudonymised form for scientific purposes and for the further development of trackle and the symptothermal method.

The lack of consent does not affect the operation of trackle. This voluntary consent to the use of data does not affect the evaluation of your data for the purpose of determining your cycle, as described in the Terms and Conditions.

What do we use your data for?

By voluntarily consenting to the use of your data, you allow trackle GmbH to use your data pseudonymously for the following purposes:

Conduct scientific studies to validate Trackle features, research and further develop natural family planning methods, better understand menstrual cycles and the effects of life events and disease. To carry out these studies, it may be necessary to share pseudonymised data with scientific partners. We make sure that no conclusions can be drawn about individuals.

Trackle Evaluation Development and Review: We evaluate datasets to ensure that trackle is working properly and to understand what can be improved. For this, we also use pseudonymous data and cannot draw conclusions about individuals.

What data do we use for the evaluation?

We use the temperature data measured by the Trackle sensor. We also use data that has arisen in connection with your use of trackle: User feedback on bleeding, cervical mucus, disorders, etc. We explicitly exclude the use of the data entered in the notes field. All data is used pseudonymously.

Only the data collected after you have given your consent will be used. These data are collected and stored by us exclusively for the aforementioned purposes. The data may only be viewed and processed by authorized persons of trackle GmbH or scientific partners.

We expressly exclude the transfer of data to third parties for commercial purposes, to platforms, for use for marketing purposes, for profiling or for other purposes.

What rights do you have in relation to your data?

You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent through the data usage profile information in the red tab of the Trackle app. You can also send an informal email to A revocation does not influence the previous data processing operations.
