Use of Trackle Data

By voluntarily agreeing to the use of your data, you allow trackle GmbH to use your data generated after consent in pseudonymised form for scientific purposes and for the further development of trackle and the symptothermal method.

Failure to consent has no effect on the operation of trackle. This voluntary consent to the use of data does not affect the evaluation of your data for the purpose of determining your cycle, as described in the Terms and Conditions.

What do we use your data for?

By voluntarily accepting the use of your data, you allow trackle GmbH to use it in pseudonymous form for the following purposes:

Conduct scientific studies to validate Trackle's features, research and further develop natural family planning methods, better understand menstrual cycles and the effects of life circumstances and disease. To conduct such studies, it may be necessary to share pseudonymised data with scientific partners. We make sure that no conclusions can be drawn about individuals.

Further development and review of the trackle evaluation: We evaluate the datasets to make sure that the trackle is working correctly and to understand what can be improved. For this purpose, we also use pseudonymised data and cannot draw conclusions about individuals.

What data do we use for the evaluation?

We use the temperature data measured by the Trackle sensor. We also use data that emerged in relation to your use of trackle: User input on bleeding, cervical mucus, disorders, etc. We explicitly exclude the use of the data entered in the notes field. All data is used in a pseudonymous form.

Only data collected after consent will be used. This data is collected and stored by us exclusively for the aforementioned purposes. The data can only be viewed and processed by authorized persons of trackle GmbH or scientific partners.

We expressly exclude the transmission of data to commercially oriented third parties, platforms, for use for marketing purposes, for creating profiles or for other purposes.

What rights do you have in relation to your data?

You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored data free of charge at any time. The user also has the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of such data.

The user has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent via the data usage profile information in the red tab of the Trackle app. You can also send an informal email to The revocation has no influence on previous data processing operations.
