First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Only this website is allowed to read information from these cookies. Third-party cookies are set by organizations that do not operate the website you are visiting. These cookies are used by marketing companies, for example.

The legal basis for possible processing of personal data using cookies and their storage period may vary. If you have given us your consent, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable an analysis of the use of our websites by you. The information collected by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

During your visit to the website, the following data, among others, is recorded:

  • - the pages you have called up, your "click path"

Facebook Custom Audiences (Facebook-Pixel)

We use the Custom Audiences service from Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) as part of usage-based online advertising. For this purpose, we define target groups of users in the Facebook ads manager based on certain characteristics, which are subsequently displayed within the Facebook network. The users are selected by Facebook based on the profile information they provide and other data provided through the use of Facebook. If a user clicks on an advertisement and then gets to our website, Facebook receives information via the Facebook pixel integrated on our website that the user has clicked on the advertising banner. Basically, a non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data, which is transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. A Facebook cookie is set. This collects information about your activities on our website (e.g. surfing behaviour, subpages visited, etc.). Your IP address will also be stored and used for the geographic control of advertising. We do not use Facebook Custom Audiences via the customer list or the "extended comparison" function.

You can find more information about the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your setting options to protect your privacy, from Facebook's data protection guidelines. You can make settings for which advertisements are displayed to you on Facebook under this link and in the Facebook account settings.
Further information on data processing and storage duration can be obtained from the provider or at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
The deactivation of the "Facebook Custom Audiences" function is available for logged in users at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_ possible.

You can also prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website to their full extent. For more ways to disable third-party cookies, see www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp or on the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out platform at http://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2&lang=en.

Legal basis and possibility of revocation
for this data processing is your consent, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the data protection settings at the bottom left ("Shield") and pressing the controller there accordingly.

TikTok Custom Audiences (TikTok-Pixel)

If you have given your consent, trackle uses the so-called "TikTok pixel" of the social network TikTok, which is operated by TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland ("TikTok") as part of usage-based online advertising. ). With the help of the TikTok pixel, TikTok is on the one hand able to determine you as a visitor to our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "TikTok ads"). Accordingly, we use the TikTok pixel to only display the TikTok ads we have placed to those TikTok users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products, which are based on the visited websites are determined) that we transmit to TikTok (so-called “Custom Audiences”). With the help of the TikTok pixel, we also want to ensure that our TikTok ads correspond to the potential interest of users and are not annoying. With the help of the TikTok pixel, we can further understand the effectiveness of the TikTok advertisements for statistical and market research purposes, in which we can see whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a TikTok advertisement (so-called "conversion").

Further information about the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by TikTok can be found in TikTok's data usage guidelines.

Legal basis and possibility of revocation
for this data processing is your consent, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the data protection settings at the bottom left ("Shield") and pressing the controller there accordingly.

Consent (and possibility of revocation)
This marketing activity may not take place without the consent of the user. It therefore needs to be integrated into the Consent Manager on the start page.

Order Processing Agreement
TikTok acts as a processor for trackle (analyses, measurements, etc.). Order processing in the sense of data protection law occurs in cases in which a company is commissioned by another company to process personal data (e.g. external payroll accounting, newsletter dispatch or use of Google Analytics). In such cases, a corresponding contract must be concluded with the service provider. This regulates how the service provider may handle the data entrusted to the client. Most companies in the field of online marketing/tracking automatically offer this to their customers in the customer area.

Google Tag Manager

For reasons of transparency, we would like to point out that we use the Google Tag Manager. This is a tag management system for managing JavaScript and HTML tags used to implement tracking and analysis tools. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.

The Google Tag Manager itself does not collect any personal data. The Tag Manager makes it easier for us to integrate and manage our tags. Tags are small pieces of code used, among other things, to measure traffic and visitor behavior, understand the impact of online advertising and social channels, set up remarketing and audience targeting, and test and optimize websites. If you have made a deactivation, this deactivation will be taken into account by Google Tag Manager. For more information about the Google Tag Manager see:

www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html
https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/faq.html

4.4 ADVERTISING

We use cookies for marketing purposes to target our users with interest-based advertising. In addition, we use cookies to limit the probability of displaying an advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising measures. This information may also be shared with third parties, such as e.g. ad networks. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

DoubleClick by Google

If you have given your consent, the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google will be used on this website. Responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

DoubleClick uses cookies to show ads relevant to users, to improve reporting on campaign performance, or to prevent users from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser. This prevents the same ad from appearing multiple times. In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions related to ads. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later uses the same browser to go to the advertiser's website and buy something there.

When you call up a page that uses DoubleClick and for which the DoubleClick script is permitted, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account.

Please note that this service may transfer data outside of the European Union and the European Economic Area and to a country that does not offer an adequate level of data protection. If the data is transferred to the USA, there is a risk that your data may be processed by US authorities for control and monitoring purposes without you possibly being entitled to any legal remedies.

You can prevent this tracking process from being recorded in a number of ways: a. by setting your browser accordingly. The suppression of third-party cookies means that you will not see any third-party ads. b. By deactivating cookies for conversion tracking, you prevent interest-based advertising from being displayed to you. To do this, you must block cookies from the “www.googleadservices.com” domain in your browser. c. Under https://www.google.de/settings/ads you can set an opt-out cookie. However, this setting will be deleted if you delete all your cookies. i.e. By deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the "About Ads" self-regulatory campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, although this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; d) by permanently deactivating cookies in your browser under the link https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website to their full extent.

For more information about DoubleClick by Google, visit https://www.google.de/doubleclick and https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090, as well as data protection at Google in general: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at https://www.networkadvertising.org visit.

Legal basis and possibility of revocation
for this data processing is your consent, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the data protection settings at the bottom left ("Shield") and pressing the controller there accordingly.

Google Analytics Audiences

If you have given your consent, Google Analytics Audience (GA Audience), an advertising and conversion tracking service, is used on this website. Responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
GA Audience uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and other mobile devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets, etc.) and which enable an analysis of the use of the corresponding devices. Some of the data is evaluated across devices. Google Audience receives access to the cookies created as part of the use of Google AdWords and Google Analytics. The following data is processed as part of the use.

  • - User Agent
  • - Location information
  • - Referral URL
  • - IP Address
  • - page depth
  • - Session duration
  • - Date and time of the visit
  • - Usage Data

Please note that this service may transfer data outside of the European Union and the European Economic Area and to a country that does not offer an adequate level of data protection. If the data is transferred to the USA, there is a risk that your data may be processed by US authorities for control and monitoring purposes without you possibly being entitled to any legal remedies. Below is a list of the countries to which the data is transferred. This can be the case for various purposes, e.g. B. for storing or processing.

Further information on data protection when using GA Audience can be found under the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2700409?hl=en&ref_topic=2611283

Legal basis and possibility of revocation
for this data processing is your consent, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the data protection settings at the bottom left ("Shield") and pressing the controller there accordingly.

Google-Re/Marketing-Services

We use the marketing and remarketing services ("Google Marketing Services" for short) of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA to optimize and operate our online offer economically. The responsible body for users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.

Google marketing services allow us to target ads for our website to show you only ads that potentially match your interests. If you e.g. B. Ads for our services are displayed on other websites, this is referred to as "remarketing". For these purposes, when our and other websites on which Google marketing services are active are accessed, Google executes a code directly and so-called (re)marketing tags (invisible graphics or code, also known as "web referred to as "beacons") integrated into the website. With their help, an individual cookie, i. H. a small file is saved (comparable technologies can also be used instead of cookies).

The cookies can be set by various domains, including google.com, doubleclick.net, invitemedia.com, admeld.com, googlesyndication.com or googleadservices.com. This file notes which websites you have visited, what content you are interested in and which offers you have clicked on, as well as technical information on the browser and operating system, referring websites, time of visit and other information on the use of the online offer. Your IP address will also be recorded, whereby we inform Google Analytics that the IP address will be shortened within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and only in exceptional cases sent in full to a server from transferred to Google in the USA and shortened there.

The IP address will not be merged with your data within other Google offers. The above information can also be linked by Google to such information from other sources. If you then visit other websites, you can be shown ads tailored to your interests.

We process your data pseudonymously as part of Google Marketing Services. i.e. Google stores and processes z. B. not your name or your e-mail address, but processes the relevant data cookie-related within pseudonymous user profiles. The information collected by Google Marketing Services about users is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the USA.

The Google marketing services we use include: the online advertising program "Google Ads" (formerly: "Google AdWords"). In the case of Google Ads, each Ads customer receives a different "conversion cookie". This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of Ads customers. The information obtained with the help of the cookie is used to create conversion statistics for ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Ads customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.

Insofar as data is processed outside the EEA, where there is no data protection level corresponding to the European standard, we have concluded EU standard contractual clauses with the service provider to create a secure level of data protection.

You can find more information about the use of data for marketing purposes by Google on the overview page: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads, Google's privacy policy is at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy available.

Legal basis and possibility of revocation
for this data processing is your consent, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the data protection settings at the bottom left ("Shield") and pressing the controller there accordingly.

Pinterest Conversion Tracking:

We use conversion tracking technology from the Pinterest social network (Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland) on our website. This enables our website visitors who are already interested in our website and our content/offers and are Pinterest members to also display advertisements and offers relevant to them on Pinterest. For this purpose, a so-called conversion tracking pixel from Pinterest is integrated on our pages, via which Pinterest is informed when you visit our website that you have accessed our website and which parts of our offer you are interested in. For example, if you were interested in our subscriptions on our website, you may see an ad about our subscriptions on Pinterest.

You can opt out of collecting data to display interest-based advertising on Pinterest at any time in your Pinterest account settings https://www.pinterest.de/settings (there under "Individual adjustment" deactivate the button "Use information from our partners to better tailor the recommendations and ads on Pinterest to you") or under https://help.pinterest.com/de/article/personalization-and-data#info-ad (there uncheck the box under "Disable customization").

More information on data protection at Pinterest Europe Limited can be found here: https://policy.pinterest.com/de/privacy-policy .

Legal basis and possibility of revocation
for this data processing is your consent, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the data protection settings at the bottom left ("Shield") and pressing the controller there accordingly.

4.5 USE OF SOCIAL PLUGINS AND EMBEDDED FUNCTIONS

GOOGLE YOUTUBE

We use services from YouTube, a provider of video content from Google LLC, on our website. Responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). This serves to improve our online offer.

This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.

ReCaptcha is used to prevent abusive automated entries in web forms and thus to protect the hoster's technical systems.
If you call up one of our websites in which reCaptcha is integrated, a connection to the Google servers will be established. A reCaptcha cookie is set. Your IP address will be transmitted to Google.
In addition, reCaptcha uses "fingerprinting" to collect the following data:

– Browser plugins used
– the cookies set by Google in the last 6 months
- Number of mouse clicks and touches you made on this screen
– CSS information for the accessed page
– Javascript objects
- the date
– the browser language

You can prevent the storage of cookies and fingerprinting by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will if applicable not be able to use all functions of this website in full.
Insofar as data is processed outside the EEA, where there is no data protection level corresponding to the European standard, we have concluded EU standard contractual clauses with the service provider to create a secure level of data protection.

Google's privacy policy and terms of use can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ and here: https://policies.google.com/terms.

Legal basis and possibility of revocation
for this data processing is your consent, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the data protection settings at the bottom left ("Shield") and pressing the controller there accordingly.
